Bosnia and Herzegovina ⟶ Austria
Manufacturing in Bosnia,
handled to
Austrian standards.
We connect audited contract manufacturers in Bosnia and Herzegovina with buyers in Austria and the wider EU, from the first drawing through first-article approval to series delivery, duty paid, to your door.
Why Bosnia and Herzegovina
Not the cheapest country in Europe, but for Austrian and southern German buyers the most reachable low-cost country with genuine metalworking depth.
Two ways in
You buy in Austria or the EU
One drawing is enough to start. Send it with quantity, material and target date, and you get a costed comparison from at least two audited plants, free and with no obligation, under NDA first if you prefer.

Spare capacity on your machines? We bring Austrian series orders and handle German-language communication, costing, customs and transport. You produce, we sell. Listing is free.
Introduce your plantThree divisions, one point of contact
Each division works with its own audited supplier base. Order handling, quality assurance and customs paperwork follow the same procedure across all three.
Our core. CNC turned and milled parts, sheet metal work, welded and mechanical assemblies to drawing, plus glass-reinforced plastic components from a partner plant in Gradačac: hand lay-up, mould making and housings in small to medium batches.
More than half of Bosnia and Herzegovina is forest, dominated by beech and oak. We source glued panels, furniture components, cut-to-size parts and solid wood assemblies from plants that have supplied Italy and Germany for years. Alongside them, bog oak from the sediment of the Sava: subfossil oak buried for centuries and turned deep brown to near black by tannins reacting with iron, supplied as boards, veneer or cut-to-size stock for interiors and design work. As first operator we take on the due diligence statement under the EU Deforestation Regulation.
Cut-make-trim and technical textiles from plants with a long export record to Germany and Italy. Small batch sizes are explicitly included.
What we do not do
We stay out of three fields on purpose. Approvals and chains of evidence decide everything there, and we are not set up for that.
How an order runs
Four steps with fixed deadlines. You know where you stand at every point.
Enquiry
One drawing or sample, quantity, material and target date. Under NDA first, if you prefer.
Quote
Usually within 72 hours. We cost the part at a minimum of two audited plants and give you one delivered price.
First article and approval
First-article inspection report, dimensional record and material certificate. Series starts only once you release it.
Series and delivery
Running production, in-process checks at the plant, customs clearance with EUR.1, delivery to your door.
You decide how we get paid
Samples and first orders always run through us as a trader: one contract, one invoice, one contact, one less risk for your purchasing department. Once the series is stable, you pick the model that suits you, and you can switch at any time.
Direct purchase, we take a commission
If you want to own the supplier relationship
You buy directly from the plant and sign the frame agreement yourself. We stay on as your agent. Our commission is 3 per cent of order value from you and 3 per cent from the plant. Both sides see both figures, and it is written into the contract.
- 3 % from you, 3 % from the plant, both disclosed
- Full price transparency to the plant
- You negotiate terms yourself
- We keep managing quality and communication
Full handling by AGA Global Sourcing
If you just want a price and a delivery date
We buy in our own name, inspect the goods before dispatch, clear customs and deliver to your door. One supplier, one euro invoice, one warranty contact.
- One delivered price, no customs surprises
- Goods inspected before dispatch
- Payment terms like an EU supplier
- We carry the handling risk
Who we are
AGA Global Sourcing is a young company. We would rather write that than imply a history we do not yet have. What we bring is two ends of the same supply chain: one vets the plants, one costs and negotiates.
Adi
MSc Economics, based in Austria
Comes from sales, is at home in the technical side, and has known the intermediary trade from the inside for a long time. His yardstick is time: a short path from enquiry to quote, fixed deadlines, nothing left open. Runs customers, costing and contracts from Austria.
Senad
MSc Mechanical Engineering, mechatronics, based in Bosnia
University of Tuzla, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. Grew up around machines and is precise in both halves of the job, on the shop floor and in the paperwork. Covers the plant side: selecting and vetting the works, technical clarification, quality and on-site inspection.
Services charged by fee
Not every task belongs on a goods invoice. We charge these by the day or by the hour, whether or not an order follows.
Our role and our liability
We do not manufacture. What we owe depends on the model we are working under. Our terms and the individual contract govern.
As an intermediary
- The contract of sale is between you and the plant.
- Warranty sits with the plant, we handle the process.
As a trader
- We are the seller, liability capped at order value.
- Our pre-dispatch check is a sample, not an incoming inspection.
